The hard money loan program is our most flexible loan product due to it's flexibility and speed of funding. This is a true no-doc loan where the focus is placed on the property, as it should be, and not on other factors such as your credit history or income. There is no minimum credit score for this program and you still qualify if you've experienced major credit events (foreclosure, late mortgage payments, bankruptcy, etc) as they have no bearing on qualifying for a hard money loan. The are no income requirements, no tax returns, no bank statements. And because this program has less restrictions it allows for expedited underwriting with faster funding.
