Like all of our loan programs, applying for our Commercial Loans does not have any minimum time in business requirement, no minimum monthly revenues, and absolutely zero personal income documentation; making it a great alternative to SBA or bank financing. Plus we can close significantly faster than traditional lenders.

Commercial Stated Income Loan
Permanent commercial financing with no income verification.
Commercial Bridge Loans
Short-term financing with minimal documentation.
Additional Commercial Rental Loan Program Details:

Up to 75% LTV for the Commercial Stated Income Loan program for multifamily and mixed-use properties.

No minimum credit score for commercial Hard Money Loan and Bridge Loan programs.

Commercial Stated Income Loan program requires a minimum 600 or 650 credit score, depending on LTV.

30-Year fixed rate loan term is only available for the Commercial Stated Income loan program.

Commercial Hard Money Loan and Bridge Loan programs are limited to 65% LTV, conditions apply.

Loan repayment terms for Commercial Hard Money Loans and Bridge Loan programs is capped at 12-months.
